Our role

High Life Journeys acts as a travel agent, arranging cruises and related travel with third-party suppliers (cruise lines, airlines, hotels). Your contract for the cruise itself is with the relevant supplier, subject to their terms and conditions.

Planning fee

We charge no fee for planning. We are remunerated by suppliers via standard commission already included in published fares.

Payments & deposits

Deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation terms are set by each cruise line and disclosed in writing before you book.

Financial protection

Your booking is financially protected in accordance with applicable regulations and the schemes operated by our suppliers. Specific protection details are provided with your booking confirmation.

Travel documents & insurance

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, and health requirements. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance and can arrange it on request.
