Yellow Tram 28 grinds up tiled hills between miradouro viewpoints; the Alfama spills washing and fado down to the river; Belém keeps the Manueline monastery, the tower, and the original pastéis de nata eaten warm. The Atlantic light does the rest, and Sintra's palaces are a short ride inland.
